I’m sure you must have heard about global warming (an environment issue that shouldn’t be ignored for it might end up destroying the world we live in). If there are things that we should be doing to prevent this from happening, the very first thing, is to start going green.
There are many ways on how to be part of going green campaign; an example is the use of green energy. As explained from the previous post, green energy is an energy produced in a manner that is environment friendly. And the best example of green energy is the electricity generated from biosphere technology.
Biosphere technology is a gasification process that harnesses the combustibility of municipal solid wastes (msw) to create a heat source that produces super heated steam via boiler, which then drives a combination stream turbine to generate electricity. This green technology also helps in cleaning up the environment for it destroys solid wastes in a cost-effective and safe process. There are no toxic leftovers which cause leachate issues and its process uses limited-oxygen environment thus limits atmospheric emissions. [Watch the flash presentation: How the biosphere works? ]
