Ronald Shane Flynn (born June 24, 1963 in Torrance City, California) is an American environmentalist, philanthropist, and the Founder, CEO of True Green Energy Group. He is also the founder of Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation, the company that was given rights by GEECF (Global Environmental Energy Corporation) to manage, sell and promote Biosphere Technology in the Philippines.
In 2009 he started the True Green Energy Group with a vision of helping our deteriorating planet earth through the use of biosphere technology. He has proved to the public that with this technology wastes can be made into something useful such as green energy.

His career life has focused mainly in energy policy and other related areas. He advocates the use of green technology. It is the application of environmental science to conserve and maintain the balance of natural environment and resources. And just like John Baldacci, he believes that energy consumption matters both to our environment and economy. He has also promoted the use of renewable energy and energy efficiency. Together with his TGEG and SBSC team they brought the biosphere technology around the world. This technology is a gasification process that destroys wastes to derive clean green energy.
